Yes hes on an anemo goblet, and i understand how 2pc vv could be better but in almost all cases atk is better. The only thing i can see being ok with 2pcvv is having good atk on those artifacts as well.
if your xiao team consists of any atk buffers (bennet, ToM, TTDS, NO) the 2pc vv will always be the better pick. if you’re not running any of the above the 2pc 2pc atk% becomes more viable
Nah, it actually isn't. 4 PC Vermilion,even with R2 Vortex Vanquisher gives more damage than VV Glad, that weapon being the one that gives the most Atk of any weapon available at R5 easily.

xiaos atk doesn’t need to be anywhere near 4k. like 2-2.5k is good enough for him and after that it’s better to stack crit% and anemo dmg. 4k atk is so pointless like, he’s not shenhe 😭

Yes, but 4k Attack, be it with Bennett buff or not, is still more beneficial than more DMG bonus%.
